I love lots of types of breads, but I do know that some flavors just don't sit right with some people. (My dislikes are pumpernickel or rye.) I will try your adaption to this recipe and play with it's usage. Still trying to find the perfect pizza crust flavor. :-) Thank you for sharing this!
