Hi Kari! You could use our white whole wheat for up to half the flour in the recipe. You'll want to add about two extra teaspoons of liquid for every cup of whole wheat flour because it absorbs more. They may not rise as much and could have a denser finished texture, but they'll taste absolutely wonderful! Annabelle@KAF
