Your dinner guests are sure in for a treat, Barbara! We recently did a whole lot of dairy-free test baking, and we found that vegan butter was a fantastic substitute for regular butter in most recipes, yeast dough included. You can typically find vegan butter at most grocery stores; we like using Earth Balance brand. To read more about dairy-free baking, check out the post where we sum up all you need to know here.
