Hi Anna, this is a relatively soft dough, so we'd recommend using an 8 1/2" by 4 1/2" loaf pan to give the dough some support while it rises and bakes. Prepare the recipe as written, and instead of shaping into buns, shape the dough into a sandwich loaf in step 7. Let the dough rise for about 1 hour until it's puffy. Bake at 350°F for about 30-40 minutes, until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reaches 190°F. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
