These rolls are very good - soft and lightly sweet. These are nice for dinner rolls, hamburger sliders, or luncheon sandwiches. One tip I need. I found the bottoms are a little crunchy or tough. I would like them to be softer. I used butter to grease the pan and, from one of the comments on the recipe page, I am wondering if that was the problem. I am wondering if olive oil would work better? Or do I need to make sure that I apply the butter more lightly? Thanks for you help!!!
