karen December 15, 2016 at 1:10pm Trying this for the first time but am unclear about the bulk rise: "Cover, and let rise until very puffy, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours......If .... the dough hasn’t doubled in size...." So am I looking for the dough to double? How do I judge "very puffy"? Reply
