Maria, sadly it's not very easy to convert regular bread and roll recipes to gluten-free, because so much of the rising in yeast breads depends on the structure that wheat flour provides. Your best bet is to try to add some of the flavor components of these buns to a gluten-free bread recipe, as recommended earlier. These buns may need the added support of a muffin pan to retain their shape. And on a side note, I though you might like to try these naturally gluten-free buns.
