My family LOVES the King's Hawaiian rolls but, with 2 of us recently being diagnosed with celiac disease, they are no longer an option. I saw the comments about adding pineapple juice and potato flour to a gluten-free roll recipe but would it be possible to use this recipe with the KA Gluten-free Multipurpose Flour? Have not yet been courageous enough to modify gluten-containing recipes into gluten-free. Was very bummed with the diagnosis but finding the KA Gluten-free Stollen recipe made life better again!
