Made these rolls today and they looked and tasted so good. One difference was they were not sweet like Hawaiian rolls. When I measured the brown sugar I used a fairly loose 1/3 cup. Should it have been a firmly packed 1/3 cup? Could not find SAF Gold so used red label and it worked just fine. I am a VERY novice bread baker but I am determined to learn. Lots of fun.
