Hi, I'm making this recipe as I type and everything was okay (except the starter didn't really come together into a dough) up until the kneading ended. The dough was so incredibly sticky I had to ask my daughter to use a dough scraper to scrape it off my hands as I was removing it from the mixer bowl. I bake bread on a weekly basis and this has never happened. I've read that once the dough has been kneaded you shouldn't add more flour so I didn't. We'll see the end result later. Not looking forward to tackling that sticky dough again.
