What am I doing wrong? I'm an experienced bread baker, so I decided to make these by hand, rather than use a bread machine to get the dough going. It was impossible to combine 2 TBS water and 1/4 cup flour with the yeast. It wouldn't mix because there wasn't enough liquid, and the flour wouldn't incorporate.
