I made these wonderful rolls yesterday. Since I was out of potato flour, I substituted 1/4 cup of potato flakes. Otherwise, I followed the recipe exactly. Here is the quote from my 18-year-old grandson. "Grandma, these rolls are so light; it's like eating a cloud!"
