I bought the potato flour and the yeast from King Arthur and made the buns in my bread machine last night. They were perfect. My husband said the recipe was a keeper. I love the way you explain things. I love watching Test Kitchen because they do the same thing and it makes it so easy to understand the "whys." Thank you so much, Karen
