I am going to give this a try because I have stopped buying those KH rolls since I eat the entire package in one sitting. Question: what's the difference between SAF's Red Instant Dry yeast and the yellow (or beige) one? I can't figure it out looking at the two packages -- what am I missing? Thanks!
