First thanks for the Substitution of the potato flakes or mashed potatoes. I will be using the mashed taters. Mainly because when I make these buns it will be for a smoked pulled pork that I am planning and I make a Red White and Blue Potato salad so boiling one starchy potato with the reds will be no bother at all. Thanks for the recipe I have no doubt that it will be great as I have yet to have a "failure" when making anything from your site.
