Perfect timing!!!! I just returned to Missouri from Kaua'i and while there we had some rolls that seemed so much like King's rolls, but were made with taro flour! We remarked that so many bakeries TRY to make these rolls but fail to even be mediocre. I will be trying this recipe for sure! We also fell in love with amazing pineapple and mangos but if you are back home and have a Costco, go for it!...get a couple and let them rest on your kitchen counter for a couple days, until they smell divine... presto-change.... a slice of the islands! We do it regularly.
