Shirley...I also do not have a ZO bread machine. Mine is a standard bread machine...Sunbeam is the brand I think. I followed the directions that came with my bread machine, but my bread turns out too dense. Any tips on how to make bread that is lighter on the inside, but with a nice crust on the outside? Judy
