I can never make these again....they are too delicious! After reading the other comments, I used a little less butter but you could definitely tell the bottoms were very buttery. I used coconut milk and unsalted butter. Made homemade cream cheese frosting. Sprinkled a dash of coarse sea salt on them. We loved them!
