You are more than welcome to experiment with this, but we recommend adjusting the liquid accordingly. Try leaving out the 2 tablespoons of milk to compensate for the extra moisture in your fresh coconut flour, and add it in at the end only add it if the batter seems dry. Good luck and happy baking!
