Not sure I understood your reply as to pan size. Do you have to double the recipe if you want to use a 9x13 instead of a 9" round pan? Also, is there any reason not to use KAF non-melting sugar for dusting the squares? I love the non-melting sugar and use it regularly for dusting cakes, cookies, etc.
