Hi; I enjoyed your article on Maple Syrup and the many pictures. But, I would have like to see some information on how to set up your own production, including the equipment and selection of trees to help a beginner. How do you know if it is a Sugar Tree; when do you start tapping the trees; when does the season start and when does it end, you know stuff like that. Show what it would cost to get started, etc. Also: There are other kinds of syrups being made in the United States, in many parts of the country. As an example: Molasses, Corn Syrup, Sorghum Syrup, Moonshine Syrup with many different kinds of these depending in what state you find them.... (Helm Farms (Grand-Paw's) Moonshine Syrup; All Natural Spring Valley Farms 100% Pure Sorghum). I think you now have the idea and it would be nice if you could do some articles on them. Thanks PS: Where do I get a copy of your Magazine?
