Hi Taty! Our baking sugar alternative can be swapped 1:1 for any recipe containing sugar that is not baked at higher than 350 degrees. You can even swap it for brown sugar and sometimes even confectioner's sugar as instructed here on our blog! We also have a few recipes we have specifically formatted for our baking sugar alternative here. While it is always a good idea to check things over with your doctor first, in general we find a lot of people who need to avoid sugar have success with this product. Happy baking!
