I made these for the first time recently. I weighed everything except the egg whites using the number rather than weight. Overall, they came out well, although the dough was sticky-dense rather than syrupy-thick. I also baked half the recipe in mini loaf pans like a flourless cake. This also worked beautifully. Definitely will do these again.
