I must agree about using a scale to measure ingredients. It has really made a difference in my baking. I measure in grams, as I personally feel this is more accurate than ounces. If you don’t have a scale, beg, borrow or steal one. You won’t be sorry. OK, song steal one. Ask for one for your birthday. 😁
