Hi there, Alyssa! We haven't tried out this recipe using raw cacao powder, so we recommend trying it out but only replacing a quarter to half of the amount of cocoa called for with the cacao powder to start out. Raw cacao powder often times absorbs a lot of liquid so you may find that you need a little extra liquid (either water or cold coffee) on hand to make any adjustments. The cacao may make the cookies a little bit on the bitter side as well, so you'll want to keep that in mind too. We hope this helps! Morgan@KAF
