Hi PJ, I have been making these since the last time you posted the recipe. The changes I made was 44 grams of Dutch Process Cocoa and 44 grams of Black Cocoa. Also added 1/4 cup Pecan pcs, & 1 cup chocolate chips of choice. I use store bought Liquid Egg Whites. 1/4 cup + 1 Tablespoon. They mix up just the right consistency. I get great feedback from these. No one has ever not liked them. Thanks again PJ
