I have the same experience. One site said to spray th scoop w/ one of those oil sprays and I'm not a big fan of those commercial oil sprays or adding extra oil to a recipe.
I've tried chilling dough or keeping it at room temp and both doughs just stuck to the scoop.

Any suggestions to solve this would be appreciated
