I am soooo happy to read this article. I am tired of trying to figure out the cookie scoop sizes. Different descriptions of scoops use ounces, teaspoons, and tablespoons. I wanted that medium size cookie scoop. I got mixed up with the teaspoons vs. ounces in the descriptions. Thank you for the clarification. How do you keep those fingers clean clean? The dough seems to cling to the edges of the scoop. Chips leave the scoop not quite full in spots.I guess it comes down to techniques.Thanks. I am now trying to make a birthday cheesecake.
