Wondering, should the bake time be altered at all for the different sized cookies resulting from the smallest to largest scoops? Guess you always just have to check your first cookies for every recipe anyway, but wondering if larger cookies tend to take slightly longer to flatten out and bake sufficiently. Also, the 1/4 scoop looks very interesting, but would there be some recipes that that big of a ball just wouldn't flatten out and bake properly (make batter a little less stiff?) Thanks!
