About 20+ years ago, Dunkin Heinz came out with a scoop that had a rubber (?) diaphragm in the bowl of the scoop. When the handle was squeezed-right OR left handed-the dough would pop out onto the baking sheet. I wore it out, couldn't replace the diaphragm with any balloons or material. I sent a letter pleading with the company to help replace it. Sadly, the scoop was discontinued. As an ambi, it was great!! Metal scoops will do but still miss the ambidextrous scoop.
