PJ, I read your blog now every time it hits my inbox. You're a delightful writer and baker. Your willingness to research both in the kitchen and out and share your knowledge is a boon for us all. These scoops are fantastic. The longer I use mine (I have a range of sizes) the easier they get, and the more uses I find for them. Great tip on the spray oil!
