My cookie scoops are some of my all-time favorite kitchen gadgets. They are used every time I make drop cookies, for sure, and also when filling things like the little pie crusts I made in my mini muffin pan for the Easter coconut tarts. They look as nice as the day I bought them many years ago. It is worth the investment to buy nice tools, and like you said earlier- many cookie sheets to have a cool one for each batch that goes in the oven. I LOVE to see those perfectly sized even cookies all in rows, before and after baking!
