I love using scoops. More uniform cookies and less spillage on the muffin pans. This blog did bring back some fond memories of watching my Mom drop cookies with teaspoons. She always had a glass of hot water to dip the spoons in when they got sticky and then soak waiting for the next batch to be sheeted. Thanks for the memories and thanks for the scoops.
