I'm going to try the non stick spray next time I make cookies. (Of course I made some earlier tonight!) I find the scoop takes 2-3 presses for each cookie for the first dozen or so and after that it takes 6-8 presses because the dough is in the bowl of the scoop. And the scoops are way too messy for cupcakes because I've tried that, too.
