I love using dishers/scoops for drop cookies! They're also great for meatballs, larger ones for scones and filling muffin tins with equal portions, and for stuffing stuffed shells! Use them with cold risotto to portion out risotto cakes for frying. Use them to portion fillings for enchiladas, to scoop rice for the middle of a bowl of gumbo. Small ones for scoops of sour cream and guacamole for a TexMex plate. Can you tell I'm a fan? ;-)
