Even the best equipment won't tolerate that much abuse! Try scooping the dough right after you mix it, then chilling. Or let the dough warm up for a half our or so- rechill the balls of dough before baking. You'll find it will be easier on your wrist and hands, too. Happy baking! Laurie@KAF
