Hi PJ, The post on the scoops was really great. I only recently bought a tablespoon/medium size/ #40 scoop. Oh why did not have one until now? Your blog put it all in perspective in terms of what the results are given different sizes of scoops. Although there is a time savings in using the scoop, for me the best part is the uniformity of the end product. The scoop just makes all the cookies look so nice! The other day I made some felafel I thought maybe using the scoop would make a nicer looking felafel. OMG, the felafel was perfectly shaped and baked up more evenly. The scoop made them in to cute little mounds, beautiful. Now, I suppose I have to get a little scoop and big scoop. Oh well, we all have out crosses to bear, yes? John A
