Fantastic cake! Moist yet light, and absolutely delicious!
I did have to bake it for 1 hour rather than 40-50 minutes in order to be fully baked.
I used a vegan cream cheese for the icing, as I planned to make it dairy free for a friend, and I found that it was runny enough to drizzle without adding any milk.
Definitely a keeper!
