Hi Alison! We have not tested this recipe as a roulade but I would be concerned that there are too many inclusions and not enough binding (via gluten) to allow this to roll up neatly. Still, if you were to try it, I would recommend baking it around 400 degrees and begin checking for doneness around 16 minutes. Happy baking!
