I think more people would be comfortable paying KAF prices if they thought about all of the sponsorship, not for profit support work and ESOP program your company does/has. I've been on boards of companies a little bigger than KAF and I can say, with great certainty, that this requires rare sacrifice and spirit. Then there's the simple fact that the service has no peer and the flour - amazeballs.
