Hi Claire! It sounds like the rolls could benefit from a bit more cooking time in these pans as the heat transfer is not as efficient as it was in the non disposables. To get an accurate baking time, try using an instant read thermometer and testing the inside of one of your rolls for doneness by getting a reading of the very center of the interior. If the thermometer reads at least 190 degrees F from the inside, then these rolls could be considered baked. I hope you find this helpful and happy baking!
