Hi C-Bee, the weight of the unbaked roll depends on how many you want to make and also how large you want the rolls to be. For large dinner rolls, you'll want to divide the dough into 16 pieces (about 75 grams per roll). If you want to make smaller, more traditional-sized dinner rolls, make a batch of 24 by dividing the dough into 50 gram pieces. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
