I like mine topped with a tiny smidge of butter and French flake salt,then over that, a dollop of plain yogurt drizzled with honey. Add to that, a light scatter of dried fruits,seeds and/or nuts, and you have a "stick-to-your-ribs" meal. With a good,rich coffee,of course..
