Hi PJ I thought your article was very good about the graham crackers. The article on white whole wheat was great as well. I thought about what you said in the graham cracker article at the end...that there was a flavor that you couldn't emulate with this recipe, probably like myself, I grew up eating Nabisco honey grahams or I noticed the box picture in your article, that the list of ingredients had molasses in it. I would like to add one or both in my graham cracker recipe.....any suggestions on how much of either?? Thanks a million, Sincerely Dan
