While you are welcome to try making this recipe as an experiment with gluten-free Measure for Measure flour, by doing a 1:1 swap for the gluten-free all purpose flour and omitting the xanthan gum, we don't recommend substituting between gluten-free flours in our recipes as they may not yield the same results.
