I am very interested in a basic Gluten Free Scone recipe. I have an event coming up that this would be quite helpful! I appreciate your details about why things succeed when baking gluten free. I tried using the GF Biscuit recipe but it came out tough when trying to make them into scones. Thanks in advance!
