Feel free to add 1-2 teaspoons of Pumpkin Pie Spice to the filling (adjust to taste), along with the maple flavor and vanilla. (Or for a stronger flavor, add it at the beginning of cooking along with the cream and egg mixture.) It will be a delightful addition to this creamy custardy pie. Kye@KAF
