My husband has been making maple syrup for three years here in central Ohio! His is a much smaller operation than the ones in New England and Canada, but there are some pretty large producers here, too. The weather hasn't been the best here this year, but he's hoping to get about ten gallons, enough for the family. Thanks for the recipe! I'm going to try it!
