I am surprised that no one mentioned my fav, cool mayonnaise spread on TOP of the hot toasted cheese (COLBY) sandwich after it is toasted, with dill pickle chips. I have been eating them this way ever since I was served one in a tiny cafe somewhere in the western USA. We were on a family trip back in 1952, It just tastes better, that's all I can say.
