I butter the bread and sprinkle it with some garlic powder and a tiny bit of salt before grilling it with Muenster or sharp cheddar cheese and tomato slices. We use any kind of good, chewy bread. Tonight, it's homemade rye w/caraway seeds. I will serve them with the homemade potato/bacon/cheddar soup tonight for supper. Yum!
